History

History of Aachen Resonance GmbH begins in 2000, when Dr. Alexander Ruebben, MD MBA, and Prof. Dr. Arno Buecker, MD, M.Sc., both specialized in radiology at the Aachen University, Germany, focalize their research to manufacture coronary and renal stents in their own laboratory. In 2001 Aachen Resonance GmbH, was established in Germany. In 2002, Prof. Dr. Luigi Inglese, head department at the Cardiology Centre "E. Malan" of San Donato Hospital of Milano, became partner of Aachen Resonance GmbH.

Aachen Resonance GmbH activity was mainly focalized in developing stents with new design, materials, and for new applications. Aachen Resonance GmbH is holding several international patents especially focused in intravascular stenting, balloon production and coating technologies.

Aachen Resonance GmbH is an innovating company strongly linked to Universities, Medical Centers of clinical and scientific relevance and Technical Research Centers. Thanks to these scientific partnerships, spirit of enterprise and a dynamic company structure - composed by technicians of high quality and competence (chemists, engineers and physicians) - Aachen Resonance GmbH develops continuously new devices as VITA Stent a new Drug Eluting Stents coated with Tretinoin and ELUTAX our new developed Drug Eluting Balloons coated with Paclitaxel.
